JustSystems will become the driving engine of your new and improved information process. We want to make sure that engine stays finely-tuned, giving you even more horsepower, greater control and improved efficiency as we push the boundaries of XML technology.

Basic Support helps your team to install and use the product out-of-the-box. All customers (with or without maintenance) are entitled to one incident of Basic support per copy, per year. Each additional incident costs $100.00 USD.
Advanced Support includes developer support to optimize APIs, and to configure, customize and integrate JustSystems’ products. Maintenance customers are entitled to two incidents of Advanced support per copy per year. Each additional incident costs $200.00 USD.
Priority Support is Advanced or Basic support with a guaranteed initial response time of one business day and an immediate escalation to tier-1 support. Our experts will rapidly analyze the issue at hand, and will then provide a plan and project scope for issue resolution. Maintenance customers are entitled to request that any support incident be treated as a Priority incident.
Support issues arising from software defects are not counted as incidents. If an issue is revealed to be caused by a defect, you will be reimbursed with a support incident credit to use as you wish.
