JustSystems’ xfy XBRL
Report is the first and only application for rich
rendering and visualization of multi-dimensional XBRL data across
the financial information lifecycle. The fact that the XBRL standard
wasn’t designed for human readability creates risk at every phase of
the information lifecycle, from preparation, review and sign-off of
regulatory filings to review and analysis of information for
operational and investment decision making. xfy XBRL Report
provides a trusted rendering and visualization solution for filers,
preparers, auditors, regulators, institutional and individual
investors to comply with and take advantage of the XBRL standard
without adding new costs, risk and complexity.
The
xfy XBRL Report is used by public sector entities such as the
State of Oregon’s Controller office, which implemented the xfy XBRL
Report alongside Allocation Solutions’ DataXchanger . The DataXchanger software delivers, maps, and tags
the XBRL data creating the report while
JustSystems’ xfy XBRL Report fills the rendering gap producing
Oregon CAFR reports in the desired presentation and format
displaying the CAFR data on the required multidimensional access.
xfy XBRL Report also enables the users the ability to produce
their own multi-dimensional views of the report in an interactive
manner.

What is becoming clear is
that XBRL is far more than an implementation detail for IT
organizations to sort out. XBRL has broad implications for people,
process and technology—it requires new skills, practices, and IT
infrastructure for supporting fundamentally new and different
requirements.
Multiple stakeholders across the financial information
lifecycle must be able to easily view, analyze and work with XBRL
data—both to avoid the risk of filing mistakes and to make key
decisions.
